Fred Donner, Peter B. Ritzma Professor Emeritus of Near Eastern History in the Oriental Institute and the Department of Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations, will give a talk title "Islam's Origins: How Much Do We Know?"

The Gomer lecture will be in person at the Emeriti Center, located at Alumni House, 5555 S. Woodlawn Ave. Reception to follow.
