If you have concerns about the process or a fellow colleague's participation, please reach out at any time to Melina Hale (mhale@uchicago.edu) or Ingrid Gould (igould@uchicago.edu) in the Provost's Office.

This March, the University of Chicago began a "dependent eligibility verification audit" for all dependents enrolled in one of our medical, dental, vision, life, and/or tuition plans.
If you have one or more dependents enrolled in a University of Chicago plan, you will need to submit documentation by May 24, 2019 to verify that each of your dependents is eligible for coverage.
Support for submitting documentation is available through the company managing the audit, Willis Towers Watson, and through the HR Benefits team. More contact information is below.
